Het creatief festival Eurobest heeft de nominaties bekend gemaakt voor de awards. In totaal zijn 35 Nederlandse inzendingen genomineerd. Vorig jaar waren dat er nog 44. De meeste nominaties kreeg KPN met zijn Safelock, in 7 categorieën. Samsungs Smartsuit haalde 5 nominaties binnen, de Car Commercial To Go van Centraal Beheer 4.
De winnaars van goud, zilver en brons worden op 10 december bekend gemaakt en opgenomen in het European Creativity Report, dat inzicht en analyses biedt. Dit rapport wordt op 13 december gelanceerd op "Eurobest Unwrapped", waar de winnaars van de Grand Prixs van 2018 en de speciale prijzen worden bekend gemaakt. De Nederlandse nominaties:
