The Introduction hosted the 4th Edition of their Brands x Agencies networking event with over 50 senior marketeers from 40 global brands

The Introduction is a strategic new business development and events consultancy, based in Amsterdam, connecting and introducing marketing agencies with global brands. With over 15 years knowledge of the international brand landscape, agencies are guided through a process to define the relevant propositions to appeal to key decision-makers. Within their direct-to-brand network, senior marketeers not only join them at quarterly networking events but rely on them to source agency shortlists.

The aim of the event was to bring together the marketing community in the Netherlands. Organised by The Introduction at Hotel Mercier Amsterdam, they exclusively brought together “Women in Marketing” from brands including ABN AMRO, Adidas, Philips, Diageo, Booking.com, Albert Heijn, TomTom, Takeaway.com, Nike and Oracle with guest speakers Louise Doorn (CEO HellomaaS) and Becky Willan (Co-Founder Given London).

Upcoming events

With the growing international brand and expat community in the Netherlands, The Introduction organises networking events for local and international marketeers allowing the exchange of challenges, successes and connections on a personal and business level.  “We are in the business of introducing brands with agencies and have found there to be a huge appetite for premium networking events, so it was a natural progression for us to move into this space.” says Founder Rachel Canty.

From delivering agency shortlists for global brand reviews to matchmaking agencies and brands based on insights, The Introduction helps businesses in NL, the US, Nordics and the UK to acquire new clients.
